Our Creative Department is made up of passionate user advocates who know that style and form are just as important as function and performance. They recognize human needs and desires, whether they’re physical, logical, emotional, social or aesthetic, and develop practical products that double as unique accessories that allow people to express themselves.

Our industrial designers, graphic designers and packaging designers follow a user-centric design process that considers the entire life cycle of the product. They have access to rapid prototyping machines for both products and packaging that allow them to refine products on-the-fly and get them to consumers as quickly as possible. They utilize specialty and high-end techniques in printing, such as laser cutting and foil stamping, which add a unique twist to our products and brand. And they’re always one step ahead of the curve. They have the latest in hardware and software; they attend conferences and classes for inspiration and career growth; and they work cross-functionally with engineering, marketing and sales to stay on top of trends and uncover fresh ideas.

At PMI, we aim to create a memorable experience that goes beyond the product itself. It starts the moment they see the mug or bowl on the shelf and continues as they unwrap it, use it and finally recycle it, dispose of it or, best of all, pass it on to the next generation.
