Code of Conduct

We’ve always been committed to running a profitable business while making sure policies are humane and ethical for everyone in our supply chain, including our sub-vendors.

We formally implemented our Code of Conduct in 1998. It sets detailed standards for human rights, salaries and work conditions. This code is issued to all prospective partner factories. Only those factories committed to this code will be qualified to supply materials, services and products to PMI.

We work hand in hand with our retail partners, including Target, WalMart, Starbucks, Kohl’s, Amazon.com, Leeds World and others, and they continuously monitor our operations. As a result, they trust us as an ethical supplier.
